The location of the hotel was perfect - an easy walk from the bus terminal and with great access to the rest of the city. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was functional, and everything was very clean.

I enjoyed a great stay at Avani Rio Novo. The structure is new and very well kept: spotless. Convenient position in the center from where you can reach easily many spots. The room is was not big but the design ergonomic. I enjoyed the big window which project the room in the city. Overall very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities one may need. Breakfast offered a good selection of quality product. The staff is kind and professional. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Recommended. ps the music selection in the lobby and garden was excellent!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the moment you turn around the corner you see a beautiful and welcoming entrance. Nice, clean, modern rooms with some 5 star hotel touches such as fitted furniture, coffee machine, dressing gowns and slippers. A modern, tastefully decorated hotel which fits into its historic surroundings nicely. Very nice breakfast. Very nice restaurant serves quality food and nice bar. Great location away from tourist area but easily accessible by boat taxi or on foot. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and modern with great ACHad a nice smell inside and outside hotel. Breakfast was very good/large selection to choose from. Was able to check in a little earlier. Good location from bus

new fresh room with the smell of Armani perfume..I wish the AC can be cooler . Staff are so friendly...We met Lucrezia ..she was so nice.
