The breakfast was perfect. The best we had in Europe hotels and we do travel a lot! Dinner was exceptional. We had dinner at the hotel the first night we arrived and we could not resist the taste, we took dinner every night during our stay. The staff at the reception, restaurant and all over were so helpful, friendly and good at their job. The rooms were very clean, free coffee, tea and snacks were offered. Toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, everything one needs was there. The location of the hotel was also wonderful, walking distance to everywhere and very close to the main train and water bus stations. In short, absolutely perfect.

Knowing that I'm coming with my dog, they prepared a dog bed, dog bowls and a toy in the room. I found this to be such a wonderful gesture! :D

it was in an excellent location -in a quieter more residential area, with lots of cafes and good restaurants, and only 5 minutes walk away from the square for rail, bus, taxis and vaporetto connections. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable The front of house team were exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful.

Hotel is located in a quieter and less crowded part of town, but still easily within a 30-minute walk (or a 15-minute trip with a water taxi) to main attractions. It is also close to regular taxis (e.g. a trip from and to the airport). Rooms were comfortable (family room consisted of two interconnected rooms), with enough space, nicely furnished and super clean. All staff members were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good, with a rather standard selection.

This hotel excelled in so many ways: 1. Just a short walk from the station (as we arrived by train) and well located for the Peggy Guggenheim Art Collection and other sights. 2. Rooms warm, clean, modern and well equipped - loved the heated towel rail in the spacious shower cubicle. Our windows faced South, filling the room with February sunshine. 3. Top of the range hotel breakfast with individual Le Creuset dishes holding portions of scrambled egg and bacon. 4. Personable and helpful staff who all played a part in making our stay a success. Special mention for Sara and Paula on Reception who answered every question about Carnival with a smile and a colourful example. We thoroughly recommend this hotel

The hotel was simply amazing! Clean, modern and it provided all the necessary vanity sets, toothbrushes etc. The breakfast was very tasty and it offered a variety of bites. I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel for its location as well. It was taking us only 16 minutes to reach St. Mark's Square by foot and this gave us the opportunity to get lost in the alleys and explore the secret local spots of Venice.

Loved it all the way. Location is great - very quiet place, yet within walking distance from the most of city attractions and bus/railway station. Could not be happier!

Location from the train station, easy walk to main attractions, super friendly and helpful staff, big room with high ceilings, amenities, toiletries, cleanliness, comfy bed and pillows. We couldn't fault anything during our stay.

Hotel rooms were small but great, had everything you needed and very well thought out. Hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. Location is great, close to the train and bus station. In the less hustle and bustle but only 5-10 mins walk from all the hustle and bustle of Venice. Great chill out area in front of the hotel. Would stay here again if we came to Venice.

Hotel is modern compared to other hotels in Venice. rooms are new and most of the hotel facilities are modern. breakfast was ok, and food variety was fine. Location is a walking distance from the main train and taxi station. to reach other touristic locations in Venice you need either to walk or take boat. there are many restaurants and cafes close to the hotel.
